Cancellation Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation before Shipment:

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please follow the cancellation process below:

In such cases, once your cancellation request is duly processed by us, the order will be canceled, and you will receive a refund within 24-48 business hours.

Refund Process for Canceled Orders:

In the event of a cancellation before shipment, we initiate the refund process within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

If the cancellation occurs after the shipment has already been dispatched or if it's being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount using the billing details you provide. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back, with an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Additionally, we offer the convenient option of refunding through Apektra coupons, which can be used for future purchases.

Return Policy:

We have a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • It must have all tags attached.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@apektra.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending back your package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back without first requesting a return.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and immediately contact us if you notice any of the following issues: defective items, damage, or receipt of the wrong item. This will allow us to promptly assess the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
